Movement and Dance

Preschool aged children dance into fitness as they practice key movements that build strength, flexibility and coordination skills.
We will focus on 21 movements from the four main regions of the body: upper body, lower body, core and head. They support the development of coordination, balance, strength and control. Your children will also increase postural alignment and spatial awareness.
This course includes movement to lots of familiar songs, rhymes and incorporates lots of fun games.
