Well done to Harrison in Year 4 who placed 2nd out of 18 racers (including skiers from the Italian team) over the half term in the European skiing championships. He was delighted! Harrison worked incredibly hard and deserved his medal and podium place.
Harrison has been skiing since he was four years old, and skis on a weekly basis at the Chill Factore in which he attends race training sessions. He was chosen as one of their athletes to represent their promotional videos and website two years ago due to excelling on the slopes.
Harrison was recently scouted by an elite, national ski team and has been invited for trials which are due to take place in Austria this year (April, 2023). If successful, Harrison will be a part of the Under 12s ski team representing Great British athletes.
