Dawn Munro

I have worked at Auckland College for 14 years and am the school’s Operations, Logistics and Compliance Manager. My role covers health and safety compliance, HR administration, safer recruitment, payroll support, financial administration, procurement and facilities coordination.

I work closely with senior leadership to help keep the school safe, efficient and well organised. My responsibilities also include supporting quality assurance and inspection readiness, coordinating external contractors and managing insurance arrangements.

As an Executive Governor, I bring practical knowledge of school operations, compliance and financial accountability, alongside a longstanding understanding of Auckland’s community. I am committed to supporting decisions that maintain a safe, welcoming environment where pupils and staff can thrive.
